The agency announced that the January 14, between the 05:00 and 08:00 hours there will be low temperatures of 4 a 6°C in the Álvaro Obragón, Cuajimalpa, La Magdalena Contreras, Milpa Alta, Tlalpan and Xochimilco mayors.

Since seasonal diseases can increase, the SGIRPC recommends eating plenty of fluids, fruits and vegetables with vitamins A and C, using moisturizer to protect the skin from the cold, avoid sudden changes in temperature, wearing warm clothing, checking that heaters are working properly and attending the Community Health Center if to present any physical discomfort.
