#Jose #Mourinho has taken to #Instagram to state his frustrations with the #Premier #League as #Tottenham’s game against #Fulham was called off just hours before it was due to kick off.
The match was meant go ahead at 6pm on #Wednesday, but an outbreak of coronavirus in the #Fulham camp had left the fixture in doubt.
The #Premier #League only announced the decision to cancel the game just after 2.30pm, and #Mourinho has clearly been left angered by their indecision.
#Shortly before the announcement he posted a video of him and his staff sitting on sofas, seemingly awaiting instruction.
The camera pans to a TV showing #Sky #Sports news, and he zooms in on the time stating 2:02pm.

#He also included a heavily sarcastic caption: “#Match at 6 pm… #We still don’t know if we play. #Best league in the world.”
#Wednesday’s match is the latest to be affected by coronavirus as cases continue to soar in the #United #Kingdom.
#Everton’s match against #Manchester #City scheduled for #Monday was called off after a number of #City players returned positive tests.
#And #Southampton manager #Ralph #Hasenhuttl did not attend his side’s game against #West #Ham after a member of his household also tested positive.
#Meanwhile #Sheffield #United were also rocked with a number of coronavirus cases, although their game against #Burnley still went ahead.

There is currently debate over whether or not the #Premier #League should take a two-week circuit break amid the growing disruption caused by the virus.
#West #Brom boss #Sam #Allardyce is in favour, saying on #Tuesday: “I’m very concerned for myself and football in general.
“#When I listen to the news that the variant virus transmits quicker than the original virus, we can only do the right thing, which is have a circuit break.

“I am 66 years old and the last thing I want to do is catch #Covid.”
#But #Manchester #United manager #Ole #Gunnar #Solskjaer disagreed, saying: “I can’t see the benefit in having a circuit break, whatever it’s going to be called.
“#Because when are we going to play the games? #We all know this year is so difficult, but I don’t think stopping the games is going to make a big, big change.”
