A man named Diego allegedly hacked Roberto Escobar’s iPhone X using the FaceTime app, allowing users to make video calls, and found his address. An Apple store employee assured him that the iPhone X was the most secure smartphone on the market. This iPhone X, Roberto Escobar bought it in April 2018, to be able to communicate without risk of being hacked.
A year later, he received a threatening letter from the famous Diego, who explained that he had found his address there thanks to FaceTime.
