One of the drug dealers arrested in flagrante delicto last February was given an eight-month suspended prison sentence.

On February 5, 2020, police officers from the Sands-d’Olonne questioned Act drug dealers in two different places in the city. One involved in one of the cases was on trial on Thursday, May 28.
The young man from the Sands-d’Olonne, aged 19, did not attend the hearing and was not represented by a lawyer. He is accused of 8th grass and Resin de Cannabis at the bottom of a car park near the sports complex of the Château-d’Olonne. A local resident who realized the merry-go-round had alerted the police at the police station.
They had been scouting during the evenings of February 3 and 4.

The events took place over a period of a fortnight. During his in custody, the involved had indicated that he was reselling at the request of a man whose identity he did not give.

As for the sponsor, he would have pocketed 300 to 400 euros per day according to estimates. This “employer” had denied all of these facts. Nothing could be held against him.
