The lifeless body of a male, which was apparently devoured by stray dogs, was found by public cleaners in the municipality of Puno. Neighbors living near Yanacancha Market reported that they noticed the presence of many canes.
The corpse, which would be of a male of approximately 50 to 60 years, was found lying very close to Lake Titicaca, on Costanera South Avenue in the city of Puno.

On the appearance of the lifeless male, the police presume that it could be a person who in a drunken state walked around the place and would have fallen asleep when he was attacked by a pack. It is also believed that the body may have been Abandoned in the area since they found polyethylene ribs.
