JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Head of Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta) Port Health Office Anas Maruf said a number of aircraft flight procedures to and from foreign countries through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Reporting from Among, Tuesday (07/28/2020), Anas said, the health protocol for airplane passengers, both international and domestic arrivals and departures, was different at Soetta Airport.
“If we talk about protocols at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, we must distinguish between international arrivals and domestic arrivals,” he said.
Anas said, all arrival procedures, both Indonesian citizens and foreigners, refer to SE Minister of Health No. HK.02.01 / MENKES / 338/2020 concerning Handling of Returning Indonesian Citizens and Foreign Arrivals from Abroad at Soekamo-Hatta Airport and Juanda Airport.

“In principle, our country requires that those who return to Indonesia must have a negative PCR test certificate,” Anas said.
Then, given health alert card, fill out forms, health checks (temperature, oxygen), and interviews.
“It could be that the person concerned already has a negative PCR test, but when examined for fever temperature, or tightness it is separated from the others,” explained Anas.
“If the temperature is normal, oxygen is normal, then the validation interview test is valid clearance by OSH, can go home or continue their domestic journey, ”he added.
However, he continued, when he arrived at his destination it was suggested for Indonesian citizens or foreigners to carry out independent quarantine for 14 days.

When indications are found suspect Covid-19, he said, will then be further examined and referred to Wisma Atlet.
“What if those who do not have negative PCR, fill in the documents, health alert card, check the temperature and oxygen, they will be tested rapid at the airport, “Anas said.
“If it is reactive, it will be referred to the corona emergency hospital in Kemayoran. If it is not reactive, a quarantine introduction will be given to do swab, ”He added.
Meanwhile, Anas said, for those who will travel abroad, must know the health procedures in the destination country because they are different.
He gave an example in Hong Kong, prospective passengers had to pocket a negative PCR test result, but the validity period was only 72 hours or three days.

Then, in South Korea there was no mandatory negative PCR test, but when it came it had to be prepared to be quarantined independently for 14 days with the cost of accommodation or hotels that are borne by themselves.
“However, for the Soetta Airport, the temperature of the AP II officers is checked and we will be re-observing the KKP at security check point 2 the temperature and the symptoms, “he said.
Flight traffic at Soekarno-Hatta Airport began to gradually recover. Noted, in July 2020, the number of flights in Soekarno-Hatta was around 400-430 flights per day.
This figure increased significantly compared to the previous months which were only around 200 flights per day.
This amount of traffic is still far from the numbers in the normal period before the Covid-19 pandemic. But in recent times the trend of aviation traffic has strengthened.

PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) ‘s Director of Operations & Services Muhamad Wasid said, increased flight traffic and increased utilization slot time also followed by an increase in passenger capacity utilization at Terminal 2 Soekarno-Hatta.
As for utilization slot time also increased where on July 1 – 20 2020 had reached around 34 percent from previously only around 10 percent.
“In the middle of Covid-19 Soekarno-Hatta operates with Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. This month, flight traffic has begun to recover and Terminal 2 serves up to 70 percent of total passengers in Soekarno-Hatta, while 30 percent is served through Terminal 3, “Wasid said in his statement.
Wasid said the terminal capacity utilization was balanced by moving Citilink flights from Terminal 2D to Terminal 3, and some flights in Terminal 2E to 2D began? July 23, 2020.

“Seeing this condition, we will balance so that Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 each terminal can serve 50 percent of the total passengers in Soekarno-Hatta,” he said.
Meanwhile, Executive General Manager of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Agus Haryadi said, starting July 23, 2020 all Citilink passengers will process departures and arrivals at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta.
“Coordination and preparation have been carried out by PT Angkasa Pura II and Citilink so that the operational transfer to Terminal 3 starts? July 23, 2020, to run smoothly. Through this policy, Soekarno-Hatta can operate better in serving passengers, “Agus said.
Thus, Agus said, later in Terminal 3 domestic flights from Garuda Indonesia and Citilink will be served. At Terminal 3 there are also currently international flight routes operated by national and foreign airlines.
