NASA’s next Mars rover has just passed a big hurdle on the way to its scheduled launch next week.

The $ 2.7 billion Mission Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover passed her flight readiness exam (FRR) on Wednesday, July 22, keeping the mission on track to take off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Base in Florida on July 30, NASA officials said.
