These insane stats from Jaylen Brown’s 42-point game will delight Celtics fans

#Wednesday night’s game against the #Memphis #Grizzlies was one that #Jaylen #Brown will never forget.

The #Boston #Celtics guard poured in a career-high 42 points on 15-of-21 shooting and a sparkling 7-of-10 mark from 3-point range. #He also tallied five rebounds, four assists and one steal.

#One of the most impressive aspects of the performance was it happened in just 29 minutes of playing time. The #Celtics had such a huge lead entering the fourth quarter that none of the team’s starters, including #Brown, played over the final 12 minutes of the game in a 126-107 victory.

#Brown is averaging 28 points per game on 56.2 percent shooting and 44 percent from 3-point range this season. #He’s taking his game to an #All-Star level, and the #Celtics absolutely need it with #Kemba #Walker injured and out of the lineup.
