Coronavirus: The UGTG files a complaint against the ARS and the CHU of Guadeloupe

In the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, the General Union of Workers of Guadeloupe is engaging in a legal arm wrestling with the Regional Health Agency and the University Hospital Center of Guadeloupe by filing a complaint in this case.

The trade union organization took action this Wednesday (March 25) morning by filing a complaint against the Regional Health Agency and the CHU de Guadeloupe, in the management of the Covid-19 crisis in Guadeloupe.

UGTG requests drug tests and tests

An interim in which the UGTG claims two things.
First without waiting, “hypothetical measures of authorization or requisition” that the ARS and the CHU, each as far as it is concerned, order a sufficient number of screening tests, about 200,000 that is to say half of the population. Then the organization demands that the two establishments be ordered to order the doses necessary for treatment with hydroxychloroquine and Azitrhromycin, as defined by the Institut Hospitalo-Universitaire Méditerranée Infection, ie for 20,000 patients.

Clearly, in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, the UGTG which, from the start has always considered that the State and the health authority had not taken the measure and the gravity of the situation, seizes today judicial tools made available to be heard.
