Cincinnati (dpa) – Baltimore Ravens and quarterback star Lamar Jackson have clinched their fifth straight win in the NFL American Football League. The Ravens won away at the Cincinnati Bengals 49:13 (28:10).
The 22-year-old Jackson threw for 223 yards and recorded four touchdowns (three per pass, one per run). With seven wins from nine games, Baltimore remains at the forefront of AFC North. Divisional rival Cincinnati remains the only winless team in the NFL after the ninth defeat in a row.
League MVP (Most Valuable Player) Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs lost to Tennessee Titans in 32:35 (13:13). The 24-year-old Mahomes scored three touchdown passes and 446 pass-yards in the first game after his injury break.
Tennessee quarterback Ryan Tannahill made the decision with a 23-yard pass to wide receiver Adam Humphries. Running Back Derrick Henry impressed with 188 run yards and two touchdowns.
The New York Jets won the city derby against the New York Giants 34:27 (14:13). Jets playmaker Sam Darnold scored 230 pass-yards and a touchdown. Giants quarterback Daniel Jones threw four touchdowns.
