Dennis Novak won the Tennis Challenger tournament in Bratislava (114,800 euros). The Lower Austrian, who was not seated at the hard court tournament, beat defender Bosnian Damir Dzumhur (# 5) on Sunday in two sets 6: 1.6: 1. Novak, who is currently 126 in the ATP rankings, will be ranked 20 places ahead in the new edition on Monday. His ranking best is 104.
For 26-year-old Novak, it was the second Challenger-level title. The first was won by the OTV Davis Cup player in Taipei in April this year. (APA)
