NFL, Week 10: Surprising bankruptcy for New Orleans – Football – More Sports

The New Orleans Saints have their second season bust – and the first home – cashed in the US football league NFL. Competing against the Atlanta Falcons, who had only one win to date, was a clear 9-26 home defeat.

In the NFC South, the Saints (7-2 victories) remain first ahead of the Carolina Panthers (5-3). The Falcons are in last place in the division with a record of 2-7 wins.

Kansas City loses at Mahomes comeback

Star quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered a bitter defeat on his comeback after a three-week injury break. The Mahomes, who was voted most valuable player of the league in the preseason, lost to the Tennessee Titans with the Kansas City Chiefs despite a strong performance 32:35.

The 24-year-old dislocated his right kneecap in mid-October in the game against the Denver Broncos (30: 6). Mahomes threw for 446 yards space gain and three touchdowns and had the victory in mind, but 23 seconds before the end of the game, the Titans went through a touchdown by Adam Humphries in the lead.

Kansas City then had the chance to force overtime from 52 yards with a field goal, but Kicker's Harrison Butker's attempt was blocked. Despite the fourth defeat of the season, the Chiefs are still on play-off course.

New York duel goes to the jets

A significant victory entered the Baltimore Ravens, who defeated the still winless Cincinnati Bengales 49:13. The Cleveland Browns surprised at the 19:16 victory over the Buffalo Bills. The New York Jets decided the city duel against the Giants with 34:27 for themselves. Both teams have no realistic chances for the playoffs.
