The filmmaker Woody Allen and Amazon Studios, the internet retailer's production division, have ended their litigation with a settlement the details of which are not published. Allen had filed a lawsuit after Amazon canceled a $ 68 million four-movie deal. Amazon argued that no one in Hollywood wanted to work more with him after the repeated abuse of allegations against Allen and his lawsuit over a "witch-hunting" atmosphere, destroying Amazon's odds of winning. Allen's lawyers countered, the "unfounded charge" is already 25 years old.
