Taison victim of racist insults and expelled to Ukraine

During the 14th day of the Ukrainian championship, a new case of racism was held during the match between the Shakhtar Donetsk and the Dynamo Kiev. Victim of racist insults since the beginning of the match, Taison, the captain of Shakhtar Donetsk, made a touch of honor towards the platform of the opposing supporters from where the shouts came, before shooting a ball towards them. He is then expelled to the 82nd for this gesture of humor. The match is interrupted for a few minutes while the Brazilian leaves the field in tears, supported by his teammates and Dynamo players.

Winner of the match 1-0, Shakhtar strongly condemned these actions in a statement and called for measures to end any form of discrimination in the stadiums. "Racism is a shame. Together we have to fight it every day, every minute and every second", responded Shakhtar Donetsk's Portuguese coach Luis Castro, who lent his support to his players."Football is not a question of racism", simply reacted Dynamo Kiev on Twitter.

As a reminder, last week a case of racism had marked the Serie A. At a meeting between theHellas Verona and Brescia, Mario Balotelli, victim of racist songs, had sent the ball towards the supporters of Hellas, before walking behind the goal as if he wanted to abandon the game. The match resumed after the stadium announcer read a message.
