Dozens of staff changes
Since Trump ruled the White House, there have been dozens of personnel changes. Kelly was released in December 2018, Tillerson in March of the same year – allegedly via Twitter. Earlier White House employees have painted a picture of chaotic conditions in insider reports and booklets. Months after his release, Tillerson said Trump had often asked him to do things that were unlawful.
Haley had voluntarily given up her influential position as Ambassador to the United Nations in New York at the end of 2018. She is said to have great ambitions. In spite of this, speculation persisted that she could compete with Trump for Vice-President Mike Pence at the 2020 US election.
