COSMOTE supports its subscribers in the municipalities of Elassona, Tyrnavos, Farkadona and Larissa, which were affected by the 6 magnitude earthquake and for their increased communication needs, proceeds with the following actions:
- It offers free 1,500 minutes of talk time to all national networks and 15GB for mobile Internet use, to all mobile subscribers – contract, prepaid and prepaid – individuals and businesses, valid from 04/03 to 18/03/21.
- In addition, for the convenience of its subscribers, COSMOTE suspends until 31/03/21 any procedure for -permanent or temporary- blocking for all fixed, mobile and pay-TV subscribers in these areas.
All eligible subscribers are informed about the activation of the free packages, via text messages (SMS).
