Electronic fiscal cash registers can be connected to ANAF


The connection of the electronic fiscal cash registers to the computer system of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) started today.

“All taxpayers can connect the fiscal cash registers to the computer system of the Ministry of Public Finance – ANAF. It is an important step both in terms of digitalization of the tax administration and increasing the degree of collection, The implementation schedule was made in consultation with service technicians’ associations, so that all taxpayers will be able to connect the cash registers without penalties in the next 3 months.I encourage all taxpayers to join the SPV ) to facilitate the connection process, “said Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare.

The connection deadlines for fiscal electronic cash registers are: June 30, 2021, for fiscal electronic cash registers held by economic operators in the category of large taxpayers; November 30, 2021, for fiscal electronic cash registers held by economic operators in the category of small and medium taxpayers.

Obtaining the profile by authorized distributors and accredited service units for their connection to ANAF can be done through the account created in the Virtual Private Space (SPV) system. Authorized resellers and accredited service units can download up to 1,000 connection profiles.
