The nominated Prime Minister Eduard Heger could not explain what the “path for the purpose of individual spiritual care” approved by the government would look like.
VIDEO: Heger: It’s not like we approve of what we don’t understand.
At its session on Wednesday, March 31, the government approved measures that are to apply from Thursday, April 1, 2021. It is not known in what form.
It adopted an amendment to the Government Resolution of 17 March, to which it added paragraph 31, which states that “with effect from 1 April 2021, the journey for the purpose of individual spiritual care in compliance with anti-epidemiological measures set out in the Decree of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic and the return journey. “
Asked by reporters if this would not be another way for people to move smoothly between districts and thus increase unwanted mobility, Heger assured that he would not. However, when asked when “people can sit in church for some individual prayer”, he interrupted the reporter with the words that he did not know if this meant work and added that the chief hygienist Ján Mikas would have to specify it. He claims that they only approve the framework in the government and rely on experts. Asked what his idea of this measure was, he said:
“It simply came to our notice then. I certainly would not want to mislead citizens by saying any of my ideas. Like I’m saying, I’m not going to talk about how surgery is done when there are surgeons. I won’t even say it, because I would mislead people, “said Heger.
So you approved the exception today, but you don’t know what the exception means, it was said by the editor. “It certainly doesn’t sound like this’ Let’s be fair to ourselves. It would be very misleading and incorrect to say that someone approves something they don’t understand,” Heger said, adding that we have very competent people in the consortium of experts. “Likes to be reliable” and will be advised without “understanding it in such detail”.
