Civil servants are prohibited from going home in 2021, these are 4 important points of the PANRB ministry circular

Suara.com – The 2021 homecoming ban has finally received legal certainty. Through the Circular of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number: 08 of 2021 concerning Restrictions on Travel Activities Outside the Region and / or Homecoming and / or Leave for State Civil Service Employees During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic, it is clearly stated that civil servants are prohibited from going home in 2021 .

There are at least four major points listed in this circular.

1. Restrictions on Travel Activities to Outside the Region and / or Homecoming

In the first point, it is clearly written about the prohibition of going home or traveling out of town for ASN employees and their families from May 6 to May 17, 2021.

There are exceptions for ASNs who carry out official trips, but they are required to pay attention to the risk zoning map for the spread of Covid-19 and apply strict health protocols.

2. Leave Restrictions for ASN

In the second point, it is stated that ASN does not apply for leave in the predetermined period. However, this leave application also has exceptions for several things, such as maternity leave or sick leave, maternity leave, and leave for important reasons for civil servants.

3. Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19
