Suara.com – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is currently investigating the alleged special agreement in the land acquisition negotiations for the DKI Provincial Government in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, East Jakarta, which ended in a mess.
This was explored after asking for a statement from the former President Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles. Yoory was recently fired from his post by Governor Anies Baswedan.
“It was confirmed that there was an alleged special agreement in the negotiation process with the parties related to this case,” said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri, confirmed on Friday (9/4/2021).
In addition, Yoory was also asked by anti-graft investigators to explain the mechanism for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to choose land acquisition in Munjul, East Jakarta.
KPK Again Examines Anies’ Men Regarding Munjul Land Acquisition Case
“The knowledge concerned is investigated, among others, related to the land acquisition process in the Munjul Cipayung area,” said Ali.
It is known, Thursday (8/4/2021) yesterday, after being examined by investigators as a witness, Yoory admitted that he had submitted all data related to the Munjul corruption case to investigators.
“I have provided the required information with all the data,” said Yoory in the lobby of the KPK, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Thursday (8/4/2021).
Then, when asked again regarding the appointment of PT. Adonara Propertindo, in managing the land acquisition in Munjul, admitted that he had conveyed it to investigators.
“Ask the investigators. That’s all, thank you,” said Yoory.
