Tacos in the Mexican way – News online



– 250 g of minced beef
– 1 onion
– 1 cup of red beans
– 4 takosa

– 1 red onion
– 1 avokado
– 1 tomato
– 1 cup cheddar cheese
– 0.25 cups of olive oil
– 1 cup of fresh cheese for spreading
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon hot pepper
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of fresh black pepper

– 6 tortillas
– 2 cups grated cheese
– 1 bunch of basil
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of fresh black pepper


Fry the minced meat until it releases liquid. Finely chop the onion, add it to the meat and continue to fry it. Add the meat spices, then immediately add the beans and stir one last time. Finely chop the tomatoes and red onions. Peel and finely chop the avocado. Chop the salad with your hands and also put everything that you have finely chopped. Add meat, beans and grated cheddar. Finally add the cheese to the spread and serve.

For attachment:

Slice the grated cheese into slices. Melt the butter in a pan. Place the tortilla on the melted butter. Arrange the cheese slices on the tortilla. Immediately add the finely chopped basil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, cover with another tortilla, bake both sides well and serve.
