Amazon has started rolling out its new Fire TV experience to new devices. After the last generation Fire TV Sticks, the Fire TV Cube and the Fire TV Stick 4K streaming player which can now benefit from it.
Long announced, Amazon’s new interface for its TV experience is being deployed on its multimedia boxes and HDMI keys. With a desire: a more personalized user experience, easier to use and faster.
Among the new features, we find in particular the arrival of new features such as profiles, the voice experience with Alexa or the Find function.
A more pleasant and simple interface
The new experience is characterized by a new, cleaner interface that puts the main menu back in the center of the screen, with apps, channels and functions better highlighted. Amazon also introduces the addition of profiles (up to 6 users) in order to personalize the interface according to each one. It is also now possible to pin your favorite applications to the top of the window for quick access. Hovering over apps will give you a preview of their content before going directly to your program.
